3 kg apetito HFS Chicken Souvlaki
1.6 kg romaine lettuce, chopped
870 ml caesar salad dressing
220 g croutons, plain
265 g imitation bacon bits



  1. Loosen seals on corners of lids on trays and heat chicken souvlaki until internal temperature of 74C/165F is reached.
  2. Prep salad: mix romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, croutons and bacon bits in large bowl.
  3. Portion salad and top with chicken souvlaki.
  4. This dish can also be served in a tortilla to create a tasty chicken caesar wrap.
