Brownie Ice Cream

Portion: 125 ml

Ingredients:

6 L vanilla ice cream
1/4 sheet Naked Brownie/Un-iced Brownie

 

Preparation:

  1. Thaw ice cream in fridge for half a day.
  2. Cut brownies in chunks.
  3. Transfer ice cream to mixer and add chunks of brownies.  Mix.
  4. Portion. Hold in freezer.  Serve.
  5. Note: Serve in nice glass, can add some surprises at the bottom of the glass (i.e. a bigger chunk of brownie and some colorful M&M).
